OUR TEAM
Victoria is a Paralegal in the Banking team. She assists solicitors in completions and day-to-day aspects of property finance and commercial property transactions, including refinance and acquisitions across a wide range of industry sectors including healthcare, food & drink and agriculture.
She is also involved in drafting legal documents including Officers Certificates, Standard Securities, Personal Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees, Floating Charges and Ranking Agreements, to name a few, as well as preparing and finalising reports to the Bank prior to drawdown, and compiling due diligence checklists to the customers’ solicitors, which then allows her to fully report back to our clients.
Victoria also deals with separate representation cases for our clients in refinance and acquisitions and covers all aspects of post-completion, including review of updated title sheets and collating and returning the completed security packs to our clients.
Victoria manages the team’s registrations at the Registers of Scotland, ensuring all relevant documents are timeously registered at Companies House with attention to detail being vital to avoid any registration rejections.
