OUR TEAM
Teri is a paralegal in the Debt & Asset Recovery team and has substantial experience advising RSL and public sector clients. She supports the delivery of our housing litigation services to RSLs across Scotland and regularly provides assistance to our housing clients in relation to litigation matters including recovery of rent arrears in the form of actions for payment and actions for recovery of possession. Teri assists clients to ensure that all pre-action requirements are met prior to raising court proceedings for recovery of possession.
In addition to our RSL clients, Teri also supports public sector clients, including acting on behalf of DWP, including the Child Maintenance Group, in relation to the recovery of outstanding maintenance, recovery of overpayments and recovery from estates. Teri has assisted in preparing materials and providing training on all aspects of recovery to DWP, She also acts on behalf of a number of Government Directorates and Agencies including the Student Awards Agency for Scotland and the Scottish Prison Service in relation to the recovery of overpayments.
Teri supports the development of our case management systems to ensure that all management information is provided to clients in the format required by them.
