Sophie Allan

Sophie is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team, having joined the firm after completing her Dual Qualifying Scottish and English Law LLB (Hons) at the University of Dundee and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. She is involved in advising entrepreneurs on a range of corporate matters including equity investments, share option agreements, acquisitions/disposals and restructures.

Prior to joining Harper Macleod, Sophie worked within the commercial litigation and dispute resolution sectors.
