Sharon advises clients in matters relating to residential conveyancing work, including dealing with the transfer of titles, processing of Right to Buy conveyancing transactions and sales of individual properties through Shared Equity or other low cost home ownership initiatives as they arise and remortgages.

Sharon also has extensive experience in dealing with all types of clients ranging from individual clients purchasing their first or subsequent home to corporate clients looking to purchase in order to expand their existing portfolios.
