Olivia is a solicitor in the Personal Injury & Reparation team. She deals with cases in the Court of Session and All-Scotland Personal Injury Court at Edinburgh. Olivia has also represented clients in summary cause proceedings.
Olivia has acted for both private and union clients who have been involved in accidents at work, road traffic accidents, accidents offshore and accidents in public places. She has also dealt with data breach cases, assault cases, Criminal Injury Compensation Authority applications and workplace stress claims.
