Marie Southgate

Marie is a qualified conveyancer in the Residential Property team.  She advises Insolvency Practitioners in relation to all issues surrounding domestic sales, from consents, undervalue consents, inhibitions to liaising with joint owners and their solicitors.

Marie often liaises with our litigation team in relation to actions of division and sale, as well as our executory solicitors when required. She has extensive experience in connection with the private residential property market, undertaking large numbers of house purchase and sale transactions, remortgages and transfers of title.
