Margaret is a Paralegal in the Debt & Asset Recovery team. She specialises in debt recovery and debt management and is vastly experienced in all forms of debt recovery including pre-litigation action, conducting searches, the review and commencement of court actions, the processing of simple procedure, summary cause and ordinary actions and instructs court appearances. . Margaret has specific experience in sequestration and insolvency related matters and actions for recovery of possession of property.
She manages a high caseload, working closely with and providing regular updates and reports to our public sector, private and housing clients on ongoing matters. She supports senior members of the Debt & Asset Recovery team and reports on an ongoing basis.
Margaret also has experience of all types of diligence including arrestments, earning arrestments, attachment and exceptional attachments and sales, inhibitions, notices of potential liability and summary diligence.
