OUR TEAM
Lorraine is a paralegal in our Residential Property team. She has extensive knowledge in shared ownership conveyancing transactions, acting for many Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). She also deals with property disposals, acquisitions and plot sales under New Supply Shared Equity for many RSLs.
Lorraine also acts on behalf of the Scottish Government, dealing with buy back and resale of properties under the Government’s aftersales procedures.
She initially qualified as a Commercial Property Paralegal and dealt mainly with Telecom Leases and Rent Review Agreements. Lorraine also has experience dealing with remortgage, shared equity transactions and general residential conveyancing.
