Joyce specialises in debt recovery and debt management and has a wealth of experience in all types of debt recovery procedures, including enforcement and insolvency procedures. Joyce has advised and acted on behalf of a wide range of Scottish Government Directorates and Agencies including Crofting Commission; Scottish Government Environment and Rural Affairs Directorate; Scottish Government Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate; Scottish Prison Service; and Scottish Students Awards Agency.
She has also acted on behalf of DWP Child Maintenance Group, a number of housing associations and local authorities, as well as a wide spread of commercial and private clients.
