Jacqueline is a Senior Associate within Harper Macleod’s Residential Property team and has in excess of twenty five years’ experience of specialising in residential conveyancing.
Jacqueline represents individual clients, investors, companies and trusts in their property transactions. She deals with a full range of conveyancing services, including purchases and sales, investment purchases, portfolio transactions, securities, title transfers and first registrations.
Jacqueline also advises on a broad spectrum of property law issues, such as the resolution of title defects, rectifications, boundary issues, servitudes, liferents and survivorship destinations.
Jacqueline is able to draw on her experience and market knowledge to offer a bespoke service and help guide clients through the conveyancing process.
