Grant MacGregor

Grant is a Solicitor in our Banking & Finance team.  He supports the team in providing advice and assistance to both lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of corporate banking transactions. Grant also has experience in reviewing and drafting standard form and bespoke lending, security and guarantee documentation for many lenders within the UK market.

Prior to joining the firm, Grant completed his traineeship at a boutique firm specialising in commercial work. Throughout his two years, he worked within the corporate team, gaining valuable experience in high level transactions.
