"Ewan Stafford's responsiveness and availability were notable, making himself accessible to us at all times. His immediate support instilled confidence in our understanding of our rights and our position, guiding us on the best course of action. His wealth of experience and professionalism were evident and precisely what my family and I needed during this critical time."
"Within a month of my case being heard in court my solicitor was due to leave but I was fully involved in the handover. My new solicitor, Ewan Stafford was chosen as he had in depth knowledge in my field and I could never thank him enough for the work he put into getting not only up to speed but also understanding every aspect of a very complicated case which had over 700 court papers. During my 8 days in court I worked closely with Ewan and felt extremely confident that he was covering everything that I wanted him to. He considered all my questions and thoughts and reflected this in his questioning of both my witnesses and those presented by my ex-employer. I successfully won my case and I put a lot of that down to how it was handled in court. I came away at the end of the 8 days completely satisfied that we had done everything possible to put across the case clearly and concisely. I was awarded the maximum payout which I was thrilled about. I could not have asked for better representation and I would highly recommend both Ewan Stafford and Harper Macleod".
