Erin Perrie

OUR TEAM

Erin is a Solicitor in the Corporate, Commercial & regulatory team, having joined the firm after completing her LLB at the University of Stirling and Diploma at the University of Strathclyde. She is involved in advising entrepreneurs and high growth companies on a range of corporate matters including equity investments, shareholders agreements, acquisitions and disposals.

Prior to joining Harper Macleod, her work experience includes assisting with a range of corporate and finance transactions. She is passionate about assisting businesses throughout all stages of their life cycle and helping them reach their potential.
