Courtney McQuiston

OUR TEAM

Courtney is a Senior Solicitor in the Personal Injury & Reparation team and represents clients in relation to their personal injury claims. Courtney primarily advises clients on personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents, employer and public liability claims. Additionally, she also has experience in advising on claims arising from offshore employment accidents, and workplace stress.

Courtney has experience in representing clients in various Courts throughout Scotland, including the All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session. She also appeared on behalf of clients at the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority Tribunal.

Courtney is a Notary Public.
