Claire is a Senior Solicitor working with the Employment & Immigration team and supports the team across a wide range of employment law issues.

Her experience spans the public, private and third sectors, in addition to advising private individuals on their rights. Claire has experience in contentious and non-contentious matters such as drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements for employer and employee clients; providing complex redundancy advice; and assisting with complex discrimination and unfair dismissal employment tribunal claims. She also has experience in drafting and revising HR documentation such as contracts of employment, staff handbooks and HR policies and procedures.
