OUR TEAM
Ciaran is a Solicitor in the Corporate team. He has assisted in a wide range of corporate and corporate finance work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity, joint ventures and partnership law.
Examples of Ciaran’s experience include being part of a team:
- advising the shareholders of the Dalcross Group on the sale of their shares to Skytanking UK Ltd; and
- advising the shareholders of Pump Action Limited on the sale of 50% of their business to Nevis Capital.
