Ciara McDonald

Ciara is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team, having joined the firm after completing her LLB at the University of Edinburgh and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. She is involved in advising entrepreneurs and high-growth companies on a range of corporate matters including equity investments, shareholders agreements, acquisitions and disposals.

Prior to joining Harper Macleod, Ciara worked within the commercial litigation and dispute resolution sectors.
