OUR TEAM
Amy assists with the management and co-ordination of the HM Connect network and, in particular, is responsible for the operation and development of the network in the East of Scotland. Amy also works alongside Head of International, Gordon Hollerin, to globally manage our strong relationships with our best friend law firms around the world. In addition, Amy coordinates the Denmark country desk, part of Harper Macleod’s international offering.
HM Connect is Scotland’s leading referral and support network for high street and rural law firms with over 390 members across Scotland.
Amy is actively involved in activities across the profession. She sits on the Law Society of Scotland’s Sub-Committees for both Complaints & Oversight and Practicing Certificates and also teaches as part of the Commercial Awareness course on the Diploma in Legal Practice at The University of Glasgow. She often contributes to events and publications on the subjects of business development, practice management and market issues.
Amy sits on the committee of the British Irish Commercial Bar Association and holds the post of Administrator for the organisation.
