Aiden Paterson

Aiden is a Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team. He has experience in working with family-owned and owner-managed businesses in relation to a variety of corporate matters including M&A transactions, investments, group reorganisations, reductions of share capital, share buybacks and business and owner succession planning.

Whilst Aiden’s experience in corporate and commercial matters spans across a variety of sectors, he has a particular interest in the food & drink industry.

Prior to joining the firm, he completed his LLB and Diploma in Professional Practice at the University of Glasgow.
