Louise Lothian

Louise is a Paralegal in the Debt & Asset Recovery team with over 20 years’ experience in debt recovery litigation. She is involved in many aspects of recovery actions in the form of simple procedure claims, ordinary actions and summary application; and is in contact with all Courts and Councils across Scotland.

She acts on behalf of Housing Association clients who raise court actions for recovery of possession, as well as general debt recovery work on behalf of private clients Louise can also instruct enforcement of successful court actions.

Louise began as a Secretary, moving to the Licensing team, where she dealt with national betting office companies and liquor licensing, before joining the Debt & Asset Recovery team.
