Matthew Moir

Matthew is a Trainee Solicitor in the firm’s Banking & Finance team. He supports the team in providing advice and assistance to both lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of corporate banking transactions.

Matthew assists Tony Cameron with all aspects of development finance and corporate banking across a number of different sectors. Matthew also has experience in reviewing and drafting standard form and bespoke lending, security and guarantee documentation for many lenders within the UK market.
