Keri Preece

Keri specialises in debt recovery litigation for a variety of public and private sector clients. She is involved in all aspects of pursuing and defending actions in the form of simple procedure claims, ordinary cause actions and summary applications. Keri appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland on a weekly basis for procedural hearings and proofs. She also instructs a wide range of enforcement steps that can be undertaken after a successful court action.

She has experience in actions for recovery of possession on behalf of a number of registered social landlords in a wide range of circumstances. She also provides advice in relation to the management of anti-social behaviour of tenants, including applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders.

Keri also has a background in personal injury claims arising from industrial disease, employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic claims. She has both pursuer and defender experience in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

She is involved in the preparation and delivery of in-house training to clients, including court procedure and witness training.
