Clare McGeough is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team. Clare has extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters, particularly in relation to cases concerning administrative law, judicial review and education law. She is also a core member of the team advising on UK and Scottish public inquiries.
Clare’s work in public law has been instrumental in advising public bodies on complex legal issues, ensuring that they navigate the legal landscape effectively. Her expertise extends to providing strategic advice on legal matters and ensuring compliance with statutory duties. Clare is also an experienced litigator who regularly appears at Tribunals, Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
