Euan Bathgate

Euan acts on behalf of Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), local authorities, housing associations and other public bodies in Scotland with a focus on real estate matters. Euan regularly advises clients in relation to commercial leases, disposals and acquisitions, purchases and sales and property and acquisition development sites, as well as general advisory work.

Euan joined the firm having previously worked in both the public and private sector. This has given him considerable experience and a valuable insight into both sectors which enables him to provide tailored advice in a wide range of matters.
